View the system processes
The Processes tab in the Direct Support interface shows the applications, programs, and processes currently running on the managed device, along with their memory, disk, and CPU usage. Use this information to monitor device performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage unresponsive programs or processes.
Similar to Windows Task Manager, the Processes tab displays all running processes, including services and processes started by other user accounts.
This feature is only available for managed Windows devices with N-able N-central agents installed.
What you can do with Direct Support Processes

View detailed information about individual processes, including DLLs, Windows Registry keys, and thread details.

Start a new application or process.

End an application or process.

Change the priority of an application or process to adjust memory allocation.

Monitor processes or applications to use Notifications, Self-Healing, and Reporting features.
To view processes:

Go to Views > All Devices.

Select the Network Devices tab and click the device Name.

Click Tools > Processes.

Click the expand arrow icon to display detailed information including the DLL's used, Registry Keys and Threads.
